Anything a rep walks through with you is informal background only — the calls that carry weight on your account are the ones placed to your real provider.

To keep the site online and the phones working, we lean on a handful of outside services for things like hosting, analytics, and call tools. Those companies see only what they need to and have their own privacy rules.
